Metal welding parts are obtained by welding techniques under high temperature or high pressure conditions. It uses a welding material (solder or wire) to join two or more base metals (workpieces to be welded) into a single operation.
1. Fusion welding is a method of heating a weldment joint to a molten state during welding, and completing the welding without pressurization
2. Pressure welding is a welding method that must be applied to the weldment during heating (or not heating) to complete the welding process.
3. Brazing is a metal material with a lower melting point than the base material, and the weldment and the brazing material are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the brazing material and lower than the melting point of the base material. The method of joining the weldments by using the liquid solder to wet the base material, filling the gap between the joints and inter-diffusion with the base material.
